Bangkok for Barack

On June 22, I volunteered  to take photos of group of enthusiastic Democrats Abroad in Bangkok (DAT) in front of the Rama VIII bridge. Everybody gathered at the Phra Sumen Fort park on Phra Arthit Road for the Obama Bridge Project, an effort launched by Democrats Abroad around the world to take photos to show that they believe that Sen. Barack Obama will be a bridge to build understanding between America and the world.

Lucky us! It was a very good day. Everybody shows up and it didn't take us very long till we get what we want. Thank you to Khun Andy & Elizabeth Boname who invited me to be involved in this event. 

The photos will be assembled into a book by Democrats Abroad and presented to Barack and Michelle Obama at the Democrat National Convention in August. Right now the photos are up on the Flickr site http://www.flickr.com/photos/23556339@N05/

Hong Kong & Macau

Even though I'm not so in love with Hong Kong or Macau I still found Hong Kong has its very own character. Very busy. All the sign hanging from the building. Some areas are pretty much like Bangkok. Very good noodles indeed ^_^

SEED

The Max Foundation

Last week I got a phone call from Khun "Wirut" staff from The Max Foundation which is the foundation who dedicated to improving the lives and survival rates of patients with blood-related cancers worldwide. They were looking for a photographer to capture a story of "Wisarut" and his family to be published in a book and I feel very honor they trusting me to be their photographer.

Wisarut is the name of The Max patient. He suffered with blood-related cancers but with help from The Max he's now cured. He and his sister "Ploy" are also an artist and I'm very impressed of their talented. Their artwork is the only one piece from Thailand that were chosen to be published in a book. I found Wisarut's Family is a very nice, warm family. They are building their new house and when we got their I can feel their worry about the unfinished of the house. Even though they were very quiet and shy I can tell that they are one of happy family who gave me loads of inpiration.

Song Kran

Finally I'm in Bangkok to witness Song Kran festival this year. It reminds me of good old times. I was always finding the way to get wet but as time goes by I didn't want to get wet anymore. So this year I was out there on Chok Chai 4  road on my brother's girlfriend's car as an observer. It took us an hour just to travel through that road but it was very fun indeed.

 

"คัตจัง" ยอดมนุษย์ตัวน้อย

เสาร์นี้น้อง "คัตจัง" หนุ่มน้อยลูกครึ่ง ไทย-ญี่ปุ่น วัย 2 ขวบครึ่ง ลูกคุณแม่เปา กับ คุณพ่อ Hiro สร้างรอยยิ้มให้กับฝนอย่างมหาศาล ตลอดเวลาในมือน้องคัตจังถือของเล่นชิ่นใหม่เป็นโมเดลของเล่นเซนต์เซย่า ทำความคุ้นเคยกันอยู่พักใหญ่ น้องคัตจังเริ่มแสดงท่าแปลงกายสุดแสนน่ารักพร้อมเสียงประกอบกับใบหน้าแจ่มใส พร้อมตอกย้ำความเป็นยอดมนุษย์โดยการแปลงร่างเป็นอุลตร้าแมน ก่อนออกไปโชว์อภินิหารความน่ารักเกินร้อยกับเพื่อนร่วมแก็งค์อีก 3 คนที่สวนลุม งานนี้ขอยกให้น้องคัตจัง เป็นยอดมนุษย์ตัวน้อยขวัญใจ Arteed by Fon เลยคะ

น้องอาร์ม เด็กชายอารมณ์ดี

"น้องอาร์ม" เด็กชายอารมณ์ดีที่มีแววเป็นนักดนตรีในอนาคต ให้หยิบจับของเล่นเป็นเครื่องดนตรีก็ดูจะย้ิมแย้มเป็นพิเศษ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกลอง หรือ แตร ของเล่นคู่ใจ ฝนเจอแวบแรกนึกว่าน้องอาร์ม 1 ขวบ แต่คุณแม่สิตางค์ และ คุณพ่อเอ็กซ์ บอกว่า ผมเพิ่ง 7 เดือนเท่านั้นครับ

จอย & ทศ

พี่จอยกับพี่ทศ เป็นนายแบบและนางแบบที่เป็นธรรมชาติที่สุดตั้งแต่ฝนเคยเจอมา การบันทึกเรื่่องราวของพี่ทั้ง 2 คน เลยเป็นไปอย่างสนุกสนานและเป็นธรรมชาติที่สุด เจออย่างนี้ตากล้องกดชัตเตอร์แทบไม่ทัน จะมีลำบากใจก็ตอนขอให้จับมือกันนี่แหละคะ!!! นี่ก็เป็นอีกหนึงเรื่องแปลก  "มันไม่ใช่พี่" เลยลงเอยมาด้วยท่าใกล้เคียงแบบที่เป็นพี่จอย กับ พี่ทศ อย่างที่เห็นคะ ^_^  ขอบคุณสำหรับ trip สนุกๆอย่างนี้ และอาหารอร่อยๆจากร้าน ครัวริมคลอง จ.ระยองเจ้าคะ

แนะนำตัว

ขอแนะนำตัวน้องใหม่ในวงการถ่ายภาพ "arteed by fon" เพิ่งกลับจากอเมริกาได้ไม่นาน ฝนไม่รอช้ารีบเดินตามความฝันในการเป็นช่างภาพ หลังจากรำ่เรียนมาเป็นเวลาเกือบ 2 ปี จาก New England School of Photography จาก บอสตัน ฝนกลับมาเริ่มทำงานเป็นช่างภาพอิสระอย่างเต็มตัว 

หลายคนอาจสงสัย package ของฝนมีแต่ภาษาอังกฤษ มันคืออะไร?

จากความหลงใหลในภาพถ่ายและความรักในเสียงเพลง ฝนเลยชอบผสมผสานภาพนิ่งและเสียงเพลงเข้าด้วยกันเป็น Slide Show จะเป็น presentation หรือ แม้กระทั่งแนวมิวสิควีดีโอ ก็เพราะฝนอยากให้พวกคุณได้เพลิดเพลินกับเสียงเพลงอันที่โปรดปรานพร้อมภาพที่ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวของคุณในวันสำคัญหรือคนสำคัญของคุณไปพร้อมๆกัน 

แล้วเจ้า Digital Album คืออะไรหละ? ฝนเข้าใจว่า album บางทีก็สร้างปัญหากวนใจในการขนย้ายไปให้ใครได้ชื่นชม เอาอย่างนี้แล้วกัน ถือเจ้า ​DVD แผ่นนี้ไปคุณก็สามารถแบ่งปันเรื่องราวของคุณได้เหมือนถืออัลบั้มตัวจริงได้ไม่แพ้กัน

อย่าเพิ่งท้อแท้หรือเหนื่อยใจถ้าไม่เจออะไรที่ตรงกับความต้องการของคุณ ขาดตรงนี้นิดเกินตรงนี้หน่อย อีเมลล์มาหาฝนได้เลย ทุุกข้อสงสัย หรือคำถาม ฝนอยากตอบและช่วยให้ความต้องการของทุกคนเป็นจริง ไม่ได้โอเว่อร์สร้างภาพกันไป แต่ฝนชอบสร้างรอยยิ้มให้กับทุกคน ยิ้มวันละนิดจิตแจ่มใสเข้าว่าคะ
